There will be two point systems to ensure adequate participation and fair loot dispersion for our lairs. Lairs require farming and work in order to get drops, we cannot make everything free-for-all like we do for New York Raid.
Generally how lairs work: we kill monsters and complete 3 quests to get 9 items to pop a boss. We kill the boss and it drops 2 purple items. We get 16 of these purple items and pop a bigger boss who drops 1 item. We get 3 of these items to make a key for the Eidolon Raid.
Lair bosses: we farm the pop items and redeem your quests to get the items then immediately pop the bosses during the current raid. Any cabal-farmed boss you help kill during this time will give you 2 points toward claiming loot from the regional boss. These lair bosses will have free-for-all blue signets because you're paying us in quest rewards. (*It is very easy and fast to kill lair bosses, if you want to buy blue fragments like a weirdo, we could kill your pop after we kill cabal-farmed bosses.)
Regional bosses: we collect drops from the lair bosses to pop these. If you've been helping on lair bosses you will have points to spend on the regional bosses. If you have 16 points, you can choose (before looking at the drops) that you will roll on the purple signet that drops from the boss. Killing cabal-farmed regionals will give you 1 point toward Eidolon and may refund some points toward regional depending on how many purple fragments drop. (*It is very easy and fast to kill regionals, if you want to buy purple fragments like a weirdo, we could kill you pop after we kill cabal-farmed regionals.)
Eidolon boss: we collect drops from the regional bosses to get a key for this. If you have 3 points you can choose to roll and possibly claim the purple signet(s) from this boss. (*Because the Eidolon raid has a cooldown, we cannot prioritize bought keys. Anyone with cabal-farmed points will have priority)
Summary/explanation of point system: killing a lair boss awards 2 points because it drops 2 purple fragments, 16 points required to loot on a regional boss because 16 fragments are required to summon it. If 5 people farm up 16 fragments then they all have 16 points and they all deserve to roll on the regional that they can now summon. Killing a regional will award 1 point toward Eidolon because it drops 1 item, 3 points are required because 3 items are required to make the key. If 5 people help farm 3 items then they will have 1 key and equal rights to roll on the loot from Eidolon.
*Rules subject to change but points will not be deleted. Anything you do to help the cabal will be recognised in the event of rule changing.
